Across generations, every family inherits more than a business. We inherit stories, relationships, expectations, patterns, opportunities, and the responsibility to decide what is worth carrying forward. Rooted & Rising creates space to explore that inheritance together: beginning with the inner architecture of the individual, building momentum across generations, and allowing governance to become not simply a structure, but a living system for stewardship.

Through candid conversation with multigenerational family leaders, shared stories around the table, and reflections from families putting governance into practice, we will explore what happens when individual growth becomes generational alliance—and when stewardship moves from something we discuss to something we embody.
